Josh was so kind and understanding! They gave me a full 360 diagnostic with pictures and videos and an itemized break down of the cost of the repairs. They even provided a loaner car at no cost until the repairs were complete. Although my repairs were extensive, their pricing was fair and repairs were completed in a few days. Absolutely the best professionalism I have seen from ANY business in Clarksville and surrounding areas. Their repairs also come with a 5yr or 50k mileage warranty! I 100% would recommend A & R to any and everyone! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you guys so much!

Let's first set the scene for the lack of care at the initial inspection that establishes a level of accountability at the end of a second failed attempt. The Cabin Air Filter that was recommended as a "replaceable item" by a certified technician, was already changed out 2 days prior by me, the owner. If said technician were to just take out the glove box, open the easiest doors to access said Cabin Air Filter (2018 Honda Civic) it never would have been a recommendation because they would've seen that it was new. This was a typical "computer recommends it, I get to sell it" Red Flag. A/C was my biggest issue. Went out on me in the beginning of summer. Gross. They worked on it. Great. Just need a refill of refrigerant. Great. Exactly 2 weeks later, refrigerant is gone, A/C blowing hot, and i'm told that now the expansion valve failed which caused high pressure to blow a weld to leak refrigerant from the condenser. Sorry, but I've been around the block a time or two and my handy dandy black light didnt find any trace of any leak before gifting you all my car the second time. While also getting zero warranty on their work due to them pinning it on yet another part malfunction

Awesome experience. I took my vehicle in for a battery issue, and not only did they do a complete 360 of my vehicle inside and out, they concluded that there was nothing wrong with my ride! They noticed that I was low on oil, so they topped me off as well. They also offer a concierge service and will shuttle you back and forth to your house so you don't have to wait at the shop till they're done with there work! I will be back. I've found my new repair shop!

Had an auto concern. Came in and they asked plenty of questions to isolate the areas of issues. They asked more questions to narrow down the fault details and possibilities. Then they verified if the details were correct with me. Wasn't some random or generic responses. Very pinpointed and thorough. After the inspection and road tests, they sent detailed pictures and details of the faults and remedies. There was no pressure to get anything done at that time and I could authorize the work I wanted and could afford. I was provided courtesy rides to and from as well. The financial break down was clear, though I probably would have liked to see how the labor is calculated i.e. this task is estimated to take this long and will charge this much for that time. Does changing and rotating tires really take this amount of time and charge for that rate if the mechanic can do in half that time? Not trying to short change any mechanic but as a consumer I would be more inclined to shop around for a balance of time and cost. Quality speaks for itself and price comparisons play into the determination of things. If I knew what shop would do what for how much and how long.. that would ma
